Q: The best experience I've ever had in Singapore:

Four years ago my connections through Singapore were all messed up. I ended up with seven hours in Singapore instead of two. No worries. I called a couple of expat friends living in the city and jumped in a taxi. They organised the perfect stop over for me. A swim in their apartment complex pool, a walk along the waterfront and a great Chilli Crab night out. Then back to the airport for my flight home to Sydney. Fantastic.

Q: My most treasured souvenir of Singapore:

My WIT-Web In Travel conference pass. That and my address book filled with great friends based in Singapore.
