We have to continually create experiences which differentiate us from our competitors; encompassing a total experience that will keep customers coming back and even make visitors advocates for destination Singapore. This is why the Singapore Tourism Board has anchored its new awards platform, the Singapore Experience Awards, in this customer-centric approach.
A holistic customer experience is not just about how impressive a product is, or one person’s excellent service is. It has to be both, and more. Our ability to design and deliver these total experiences depends on how we integrate our strengths with value-added elements such as service excellence, immersive story-telling and new concept creation. This new Awards recognises all this.
To all award recipients of the first Singapore Experience Awards, my heartiest congratulations. You have proven you are the best at what you do, and the stellar experiences you have created have successfully added depth to the Singapore Experience.
