Just watching the two resorts take shape has been exciting enough; imagine the thrill when they finally open and welcome visitors from all over the world. I, for one, can’t wait to see Singapore from the SkyPark at Marina Bay Sands and take a ride on the Duelling Rollercoasters at Universal Studios.
On top of that, the economy is on the rebound and our industry is back on a growth track. Plus, there’s pent-up demand from both the corporate and leisure sector from companies and people who were forced to cut back – now they will be more than ready to travel, make deals, explore, discover and enjoy new experiences.
Yes, what happy news to start the year with; 2010 holds much promise for the industry, and together we must make sure our Singapore Experience will be second to none.
