What an eventful 2011 it has been – with more visitors coming to our shores and spending, it’s all shaping up to be another great year for Singapore.

Along with the transformation of our cityscape, there is also an enrichment of our events calendar. But old favourites remain, immersed as we are currently with the year-end festive mood, and the “Christmas in the Tropics” celebrations that have been extended beyond Orchard Road

In this year-end issue, we look at the trends to watch in 2012 as well as the exciting line-up in store. We review some of the amazing events that have taken place these couple of months, from the 20th World Orchid Conference, to the blockbuster Titanic: The Artifact Exhibition at the ArtScience Museum, and the mind-blowing TRANSFORMERS the Ride at Universal Studios Singapore.

Next month, we look forward to the events for Chinese New Year as lunar celebrations take over the Chinatown precinct. So come on down and join us as we welcome the Dragon year with a bang.
