Project Postcard 2008 winners announced

Four lucky participants from this year's Project Postcards have won exclusive VIP passes to the 2008 FORMULA 1T SingTel Singapore Grand Prix and access to some of the hottest parties and entertainment events during the Singapore GP Season.

The Project Postcard is an initiative of the Singapore Tourism Board (STB) which encourages local and residents in Singapore to become tourism ambassadors by sending postcards and e-Cards to their family and friends overseas. This year's Project Postcard sports a Formula OneT theme as Singapore gets set to host the world's first Formula OneT night race.

Almost 100,000 postcards and 30,000 e-Cards were sent within the six-week participating period. The four lucky winners comprising two senders and two recipients were announced on 29 August 2008. In addition to the VIP passes, the two recipients residing overseas will also get to travel to Singapore in style as the Grand Prize features Business Class return tickets on Singapore Airlines, and accommodation during the race period at the Marina Mandarin Singapore.

Grand prize winners from the postcard draw:
Paul Robert Salisbury
Sharon Hannaford (postcard recipient from Sydney, Australia)

Grand prize winners from the e-card draw:
Joey Lim Rheuter Cheng (e-card recipient from Hong Kong)

*Winners will be contacted by phone, email and/or post.
