Project Postcard Touches More Than 270,000 People All Over The World!
For the month of August, Singapore residents were out in full force writing and sending out 272,635 Uniquely Singapore Postcards to their friends and relatives all over the world. This is an increase of more than 30,000 postcards compared to the same period last year.

2.7 million free postage-paid Uniquely Singapore postcards had been distributed in August through island-wide mail drops, newspaper insertions and distribution through various retail outlets e.g. Cold Storage and Metro. Singapore residents were encouraged to use these postcards and send them to their overseas family and friends to invite them to visit Singapore. From the overwhelming response to the contest, it seemed like residents have been spurred into action to be Singapore's best tourism ambassadors!

Five postcard recipients from overseas have each won a trip for two to Singapore on Singapore Airlines, a 4D/3N stay at The Fullerton Singapore, S$1,000 worth of Metro Gift Cards and S$300 worth of spa treatments from The Retreat. A total of 40 local postcard senders were also rewarded with S$200 worth of Metro Gift Cards and a spa treatment from The Retreat for their efforts.
