Announcements: New Appointment

Mr Soo Siew Keong joined the Singapore Tourism Board (STB) on 21 August as Director of International Relations under the STB's International Group.

In this capacity, he will work with other units in the STB and its regional offices to strategically engage, develop and leverage on bilateral and multilateral relations to further Singapore's position and growth in the tourism sector. He will also represent the STB and Singapore in bilateral platforms and multilateral fora.

Mr Soo, who comes from a background of Economics and Mass Communications, has been in the field of communications and information management for more than 12 years. 

In his previous job, he travelled often as part of Singapore's official delegation to bilateral and multilateral meetings and was involved in major local events, dignitary visits, and regional and international meetings that were held in Singapore.
