Singapore 2006 and Forbes bring VIPs to town this month.

  

Singapore 2006
The Singapore 2006 International Monetary Fund (IMF) and World Bank Group Boards of Governors Annual Meetings are the largest and most comprehensive gathering of global financial representatives in the world, and are held outside their Washington, D.C. base every third year. From 13 to 20 September, Singapore will welcome 16,000 visitors for Singapore 2006.

The 6th Annual Forbes Global CEO Conference
The Forbes Global CEO Conference is a gathering of over 300 of the most influential global CEOs, thought leaders, capitalists, up-and-comers and tycoons. Participants will discuss and debate issues of global concern and build key business relationships from 4 to 5 September at the Shangri-la Hotel.

Europe-Asia Patent Information Conference 2006 (EAPIC)
From 19 to 21 September the 'EAPIC', the premier patent information conference and exhibition held in Asia, will be held at the Raffles City Convention Centre. The annual event is jointly organised by the European Patent Office and the Intellectual Property Office of Singapore. It serves as a platform for Europe's and Asia's leading IP voices to come together to discuss and exchange insights and trends in patent information management.

World Roads Conference
The World Roads Conference 2006 is a three-day conference from 27 to 29 September at the Singapore Expo. It is expected to generate quality papers from leading figures in the industry. The topics of the conference papers will cover various disciplines in highway and road transportation policies and planning, developments in road maintenance and traffic management technologies, and motoring industries.
