A Unique Garden City Experience In Korea

More than 70,000 consumers who visited the19th Korea World Travel Fair 2006 (KOTFA) got a glimpse of “Uniquely Singapore – Your Unique Experience in the Garden City”, the themed booth put on by STB Korea.
 
The booth, which featured the Merlion as the centerpiece, also showcased other attractions such as Sentosa Island and beaches and the Singapore Zoo and Night Safari. Visitors also got a taste of Singapore food, Peranakan culture and the Singapore Sling at the booth.

Visitors were invited to take photos, write about what was unique about Singapore and hang their photos on the tree to stand a chance to win a trip to Singapore. Over 200 photos were collected and will be displayed on an online photo exhibition following the fair.

Joining STB at KOTFA 2006 were Singapore Zoo &Night Safari and the Sentosa Leisure Group. Held from 8 – 11 June 2006, the annual trade fair garnered the participation of more than 300 exhibitors.
