P@SSPORT
Your Tourism Update from the Singapore Tourism Board |
September 2005 | |
|
A Word from the STB's Deputy Chairman & Chief Executive
A warm welcome to the STB's inaugural issue of P@SSPORT, an e-newsletter specially created for you - our partners in the tourism industry. I see this e-newsletter as another channel for the STB to keep in touch with you.
The intent is for the e-newsletter to serve as your passport to information and what's happening in the tourism industry in Singapore, and also enable you to be aware of potential opportunities for your own organisations. Thus, the title chosen for the e-newsletter: P@SSPORT.
Included in each edition of the e-newsletter will be updates on developments within the STB and the tourism industry, key events in Singapore that impact tourism in Singapore, upcoming events, recent media releases by the STB and the latest tourism statistics.
As a start, the e-newsletter will be published every month. We will review the content and frequency of the e-newsletter at the end of the year. In this regard, we welcome any feedback or suggestions on improving the e-newsletter. So do drop us your email.
Finally, this being the month we celebrate the Mid-Autumn Festival, I would like to encourage you to take time out to enjoy the colourful festivities at various venues all over Singapore!
Sincerely, Lim Neo Chian |
