Honouring the best at World Gourmet Summit
Winners for the World Gourmet Summit Awards of Excellence were recognised on April 21.
Lauded as the “Oscars” of the Food and Beverage industry, the Awards of Excellence recognizes the finest talents through a strict voting and fully audited system.
A total of 17 awards for local and regional culinary professionals and three scholarships for young aspiring food and beverage professionals were presented at the luncheon attended by Dr Ng Eng Hen, Minister for Manpower and Second Minister for Defence.
