Even Better Night Safari The Night Safari has undergone major renovations to cater to the growing number of customers and to meet visitors' ever changing interests, lifestyle and tastes. The new entrance plaza now features a state-of-the-art ticketing and hospitality suite. The courtyard has been transformed into a village in the rainforest featuring five new retail shops, Bongo Burgers Restaurant and photography stages with nightly ethnic dance performances.
For visitor comfort, the attraction has also built an additional tram station, purchased two brand new trams, widened the path leading to amphitheatres and walking trails. Service standards continue to be upgraded and the park is now providing multi-language ground service.
“Even the new toilets have generated many compliments,” said the Night Safari.
Meanwhile, the Safari Restaurant will be closed from the first week of March for a major upgrade. A new thematic restaurant is expected to be ready by end July. Customers can opt to use the Bongo Burgers restaurant as a dinner option.
With effect from 15 December 2005, the walk-in rate for admission and tram has also increased by S$2 each.
